![]() ![]() ReCycle 2 does detect the sampler through SCSI but it requires MIDI to do anything with it (it only supports MIDI or MIDI+SCSI but not pure SCSI) and oddly enough MIDI seems to be the hurdle that I can't clear here. It is semi-broken (it crashes when I try to open the file dialog, which makes sense since it's an old XP application trying to run in 64-bit Windows 7) but it works great for communicating with the sampler. Is there another utility perhaps or could you be using a newer version?Īfter trying various software I think I've actually managed to both transfer and receive samples to/from the K2000 using my ancient Wavelab 5 install that I used back in my XP days. The most interesting thing I found in the configuration utility was the mass storage vs. ![]() Regarding the ASYNC setting: I did find a configuration utility that the Ratoc driver installer installed but it had no references to transfer modes and nothing about "async". I tried running regsvr32 on it as well but it complained about it so I hope simply copying into SysWOW64 does the trick. It looked liked the driver install package installed wnaspi64.dll but not wnaspi32.dll so I copied the latter manually into SysWOW64. I see! So, I've installed the Ratoc driver and also the Ratoc 2.02 ASPI package.
